I have been with this surgery for a year and never seen a doctor just keep seeing a nurse to check my COPD which I have had for over 20 years and nothing can be done which I know so waste of time I have a leaky heart valve and I am more bothered about that but it seems the doctor is only giving me a phone call I do believe they don't realise the serious of my condition i need oxygen at times as I can't live a normal everyday life so very disappointed in the whole thing

  • I just needed some help and support and I feel very neglected i know with covid is having to have priority i understand that but how ill have you got to be to see your doctor

I always find the surgery helpful and efficient. The doctors and other medical staff are though and to the point and always reassuring

This place should be shut down. Awful service and care. Rude. Everything is a problem and made as difficult as possible for the patient. Use at your peril.

Staffff the day' appointment system sounds unhelpful when first encountered but seems to work. Staff all seem very busy but are kind and efficient.

I was out of doctors cabinet in 2 minutes. And it was after 25min of delay. Indian orign big male Doctor don't listen. Was extremely rushing. Have not checked my chest, ears, lymph nodes. Checked my mouth, temperature and done the blood pressure test. The verdict was tonsillitis. Prescribed antibiotics even after I refuse to accept it. Awful service.

Awful. Just awful. The doctors don't listen, they interrupt and send you on your way so quickly. They is no patient care what so ever. If the whole Crawley was not capped, we would change surgeries. Shocking care. My dog gets better treatment at the vet than my family gets here.

Terrible service and they treat their patients with such contempt. It's near impossible to get an appointment and even harder as a person working full time. I called to make an appointment and the doctor called me back and asked if I needed antibiotics! Surely that's his job to determine, I am not a medical professional. Then he said because I had them in the past, I need to collect a prescription from the desk. No appointment! I have a long standing breathing difficulty and I didn't get to finish talking about my symptoms before I hear "good-bye" and he hangs up! Awful service! This is not the first time either! Desperately wanting to change doctor surgeries. Would never recommend this shambles to anyone.

The arrival and reception are very welcoming experiences. The staff always very helpful even at busy times. Any doctor who has treated me has also been very helpful in explaining diagnosis and treatment.. Also very happy to answer any questions.

i have had brilliant care by these hardworking doctors. Receptionist do have a tough job and at times its difficult to get appointments but a new receptionist is polite friendly and has a positive can do attitude that nothing is too much trouble and has changed my view of the reception team. There has been a fantastic group of doctors who will listen and make you feel valued.

It is a miracle if you can get through on the phone to. be greeted with that outdated recorded message having to press buttons to speak to a receptionist, yesterday I was on hold for 4minutes before being able to speak to a receptionist who was very helpful, and why can't you get through at 8--30am the line is engaged for at least 15minutes, the phones should be answered promptly.
