Im not a patient at Saxonbrook but My 8 month old son was having an allergic reaction to peanut butter and my doctors and the local chemist were closed for lunch and I just ran there in a panic. The doctors, nurses and actually all the staff were amazing, professional, calm and reassuring! They dealt with the situation and treated my son in a timely fashion which was paramount in this situation. Their care and attention to detail possibly saved my sons life. They are a credit to themselves, our local community and the NHS. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! Xx

Really grateful for caring concern for my wait. As doctors can't rush patients. It was a long wait but everyone was apologetic . They do care about patients.

I had to wait an hour in a queue on the phone (it was late morning, not during the early rush) before being able to speak to a receptionist, but once it was my turn the lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful and I was given a next day appointment. I was called through for my appointment on time and the 'physician assistant' I saw was able to do all that was needed to help me. The doctors clearly have restrictions placed on them for the length of appointments and I was told when my allotted time was up, but I was told I would have been given another appointment to follow up if that had been necessary. Mentioning at reception on my way out that I needed a flu jab appointment, I was asked if I could wait 10 minutes until a nurse was free to do it to save me another trip. Great service!

Hi, I called up today at sharp 8:30AM to book an appointment for my wife who has taken a leave today because she is not well. I managed to get connect at 9:01 and the receptionist told that all the appointments were full. She took the phone number and said that a clinician will call in next two hours but we can guarantee a appointment. When asked for an appointment, she went into an argument saying we are using the triage system and its working well for us. She then HANGED the phone. How can a system be working well if a patient calls at sharp 8:30 and still can't get an appointment. Also the receptionist was very very rude.

My partner has ended up with endocarditis and has suffered to the extent that we y have moved practices. How can a medical practice not recognise when a GP needs to recognise a very serious patient needing help????

My wife tried to get a midwife appointment for her 16 Week check 2 times but after an hour waiting on the phone, when the receptionist finally picked up the phone she asked a few questions and when my wife didnt understand something, the receptionist was very rude and just hang up the phone it happened 2 times. This Northgate surgery should prioritise people living in Northgate not caring for half crawley

I've had to make a few calls recently to the surgery. I don't know what's going on but I wait and wait on hold 15-20minutes and then get cut off. It's not just every now and then it's every time I call. I've had to send emails to them to ask them to call me. It's such a shame as the surgery used to be very efficient.

It is virtually impossible to get an appointment at either surgery, urgently needed treatment and or specialist referrals are flatly refused. Repeat medication is super hard to get because of "medication reviews" as appointments are soo hard to come by. A request made for my 2 year old daughter which was suggested by a consultant was made a week ago today and I still haven't heard from them as to weather or not they are actually going to give my daughter the medication she has been advised to take. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone, I fact I actively advise people away from both surgeries.
