Easy enough to get an appointment however being seen at your given time is near to never going to happen. You will be kept waiting up untill the time you start thinking about sleeping in the chair your waiting in while watching others arrive and leave.

The doctor struck me off without informing me for exercising my human right to record my appointment consultation.

Wonderful same day assessment via call back from a clinician (arranged by receptionist). Really pleased to see appointment issued based on clinical triag rather than first come first serve 8.30 call in lottery. Great improvement and a logical solution.

I have recieved excellant care from northgate surgery, my normal DR, ive seen DR watson over the last month , she has been very caring and helpful with my on going problem and made a follow up appt with her every time i saw her. I do find it difficlut to try and book appt sometimes book on the day , i work and can not spend 15/20 mins on the phone at 8.30 in the morning, the reception staff old and new are always very helpful under the pressure they are under all ways polite.
