When first meeting Dr Marsh i felt very much at ease,very professional and super caring from the start, my procedure of a hysterectomy went to plan and when I asked to have some photos Clare kindly took the request on board, her team are amazing too, so wanted to say a big THANK YOU for getting my active life back on track.

When I first started this process at the age of 17, I was very anxious. However, she is a kind and caring doctor who made me feel more comfortable. She was eager to find a solution and always listened to me whilst I explained my symptoms. I found her to always be comforting, especially when I was very anxious about having my laparoscopy. She has helped my symptoms to reduce significantly and truly did care to find the root cause of my problems. I am very grateful for the care I was given and would always recommend her!

I had an outpatient Hysteroscopy with Clare and was extremely nervous. We had a consultation before the procedure in which Clare gave great detail on what was going to happen and what I might feel and which bits would perhaps be uncomfortable. I didn't once feel rushed and could physically feel my anxiety decreasing the more she explained. She didn't make me feel foolish for any of my questions. While having the procedure Clare kept things both interesting and helped with distracting me where necessary. She spoke with me on a personal level about her children and my little girl. She showed me on the screen and talked me through where the camara was located. I was particularly worried about the biopsy but felt extremely comforted by Clare and felt in really safe hands the entire time. I felt Clare managed to do a great job of having me maintain dignity which must be really challenging. My results were provided to me on Christmas day which is mind blowing and just really demonstrates how above and beyond Clare is to provide her patients with support and understands the pressures and anxieties they are facing. At no point during this whole process did I feel like just a number or another part of Clare's job, she made me feel heard and seen and I am really thankful that she was able to do my Hysteroscopy!

At the beginning of my appointment Clare was very patient taking the time to go through the issues that I have been experiencing, asked some really helpful questions and I felt very listened to and did not feel rushed at all. Clare talked to me about my medication and we talked about possible changes that might help resolve the issue I have been experiencing. Clare and the team made me feel very at ease during my procedure. Clare talked me through each step which was appreciated and it also took my mind off of what was actually happening which helped immensely. Dr Clare Marsh is incredible, she is professional, empathetic and very experienced. Ive never felt so safe when having a surgery. She has perfomed 2 surgeries on me which are both successful.
