Dr Halim was not only a highly qualified doctor. In my opinion he scores highly as a person as well. Always treating me with respect and dignity and I am fully involved in all decisions in my care plan. Dr Halim treats me holistically, taking care of my physical needs as well as my mental needs, and although it may be a pain to be advised occasionally to cut down on my smoking, it is only well intention.
