I am pleased to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Mr Singary and his medical team following my recent operation. From my initial appointment at Mr Singary's clinic through to the operation I was treated with professionalism, respect and received quality care. I was given clear advice and all options were explained in order for me to decide on the best process to follow. This, together with a very personable nature shown by Mr Singary meant the whole process was easy going and reassuring. The operation and recovery period has gone exactly as explained and appears to have been a total success. I have a review booked in a few weeks and look forward to thanking Mr Singary personally. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Singary to anyone requiring his professional services and am unable to make any improvement comments on the treatment I received.

My operation on 9 September went well, I was definitely well cared for, suffered no pain and appreciated kindness from all the surgical team. Sadly I still suffer from Nocturia, in that I am awakened roughly hourly knowing I must pee before I can return to sleep. Its more frequent in the early part of my retirement to bed, around 22.30. I do not drink much during the evening and the actual volume of urine is quite low, maybe 20 ml a time. Certainly since the op I can pee more freely which is a great step forward. This applies to day, as well as night time. I still have a lot of the original Desmopressin tablets prescribed for me so I could recommence taking them again to see if that helps this time. I would be glad to have clinical advice on whether I should try this. Overall, I do feel better so many thanks Waleed.
