Mr Al-Singary was very reassuring both at the initial out patients appointment and on the day of the procedure.He gave me every confidence that the surgery was what I would benefit from and I remain confident that that is indeed the case.

Mr Waleed is extremely knowledgeable and this is portrayed when speaking with him. He is personable and I felt like I could 100% trust his diagnosis (which wasn't the case with previous doctors). He has good communication skills and I would be very happy to be referred to him again.

From the NHS or GP Surgery to Goring Hall and Dr Al Singary..is a trip through the back of your wardrobe to Narnia. This is where they keep the knowledgeable, personable experts who not only know their own chosen path backwards but oh so many other things as well. This Dr, unlike others, has not an ounce of pomposity about him. He listens, he hears, he understands, he empathises, he treats you as an equal and gives answers. It's the irony that now my GP Surgery is now only a halfway house where you don't get seen, diagnosed or treated any longer but just referred on elsewhere...this has opened the door and eyes to a new level of care for people such as myself. The level of care, that in this day and age, should be the standard does not exist to the multitude. It's 2023!!! Learn from these experts. Thankyou Dr Al Singary and the colleagues of yours whom I have also met. You make it worth being unwell.

Such a courteous delightful doctor! Mr Al-singary listened to everything that I am suffering with, offered me a range of solutions which have helped me. I recommend 100% all consultants should be like him.

Dr Al-Singary is by far the best surgeon I’ve had. He is very calming and assuring, lets me know what’s happening and takes care of my worries. I have severe anxiety when it comes to my health and he takes time to understand this and help me. I couldn’t have asked to be put in safer hands. Not only that but I felt he put me first and made sure I was contacted after in regards to what happens next. Which takes a lot of stress off of me. I’m ever so grateful.
