Listened carefully to all I had to say, made sure I received all the necessary tests. Timely, I was there for less time than I had planned for.

The doctor was very gentle, reassuring, very kind. He was very professional. I have no complaints whatsoever.

My whole experience of my visit was excellent. Firstly, my appointment started exactly on time. I was escorted to the doctor by a very pleasant young lady and was made to feel at ease straight away. The doctor listened to me well and the appointment did not seem rushed at any time. This was then followed by an ultrasound, also from a very pleasant team. I was nervous before attending the appointment but cannot stress enough how at ease I was made to feel through the whole experience.

I was seen on time, he was sympathetic and kind he did not make me feel as if I was wasting his time. I had a mammogram but unfortunately something delayed me going back to see him for the results, however both the nurse and he apologised for the delay which in fact was not as long as it could have been, although it would have been nice to have access to a tea and coffee machine while I was waiting.
But I would say 10 out of 10

Mr Abdullah was calm, kind and explained everything to me when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He conducted my operation and I have seen him three times since, and at all times I felt that he knew my history, was interested in my opinions and gave me calm reassurance about my progress. I would recommend him highly.
