Mr Abdul was very calm, spoke in great detail and went to a lot of effort to reassure me that he was taking care of me on that day. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and was relieved that there was even a chance of a little humour in the conversation, which enabled me to relax a little. A very nice, reassuring doctor.

Mr Abdul filled me with confidence right from the initial meeting. He was the ultimate professional in relating and explaining to me my medical condition. Mr Abdul was a great listener and dealt with my issue very quickly. Within the first appointment I was examined and I had my surgery booked. I had a complication following surgery which was not related to Mr Abdul however he ensured I was seen to very quickly by his colleague. Mr Abdul made me feel very comfortable during my time at the Nuffield and I felt like I could trust him completely.

I have seen Mr Abdul on a few occasions now and have had 2 procedures performed by him. Not only has he got a very pleasant manner, makes you feel comfortable and explains everything he is going to do, he has also always left minimal scarring which have always healed well. He takes on board everything you tell him and ensures you get the best treatment and care possible! Highly recommend Mr Summi Abdul!

I saw Mr Abdul for the first time last week. I am pathologically terrified of the prospect of any operation and was so very grateful for his kind manner (and for not laughing when my hand was shaking so much I could barely write my name!). Although only at the very first stage of reaching a diagnosis, Mr Abdul tried hard (the poor man faced an epic task in this regard) to be reassuring about what may need to happen. He immediately organised for me to have an ultrasound scan that morning and saw me straight after to explain the result and that further tests were now needed. His decision to send me for the check immediately was very much appreciated. In my particular circumstances I am sure that most doctors would have just put me back into the system to wait for an outpatient appointment. Thank you Mr Abdul. Should I need surgery, I would only hope to be able meet you again!
