Superb outcome! Having had a similar injury and repair to one knee previously with a successful outcome I was keen to have the same operation. Mr Twyman explained the operation he did, which was a different technique, but took time to explain his reasons for this. He was very knowledgeable and was able to reassure and put me at ease. I had a very successful operation and couldn't fault the process from referral, surgery and aftercare. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Twyman for knee surgery.

No better knee surgeon! To the reviews that were written on this which are negative you obviously were not operated on by Mr Twyman. The knee is fantastic, never moved better! I would prefer a surgeon that tells me straight what is going on and makes my knee work brilliantly rather than a surgeon that puts on a “performance” and does shoddy work. There is no man I would rather go to! I would put my trust in him every time. Thank you Mr Twyman, you’ve given me my life back!

I agree with the review 16th June 2016. Mr Twyman was patronising and treated me as a two year old. I am highly qualified! He would not let me ask questions and did not take any notice of what I was trying to say. He had already worked out his speech and would not be shaken from it. He had a "hear no evil - see no evil" attitude. I had a specialist nerve test but he would not listen to the outcome and implied that she was wrong! He needs to listen to patients comments before making a diagnosis and listen to other experts.

Superb surgeon, one of the top in his field, he operated on my knee and I now have full use of it again, surgery was a complete success Amazed at the comment above, this a very busy surgeon, the more time he spends chatting, the less time he spends doing what he is so goid at, surgery Highly recommended

I found him condescending and rude. No 'bed side' manner in any way and very difficult to speak to. I felt he just wanted me to sit there and listen and not ask any questions at all. Very unsatisfactory.
