PBS is a very thorough doctor, practical and keeps things simple without confusing you or worrying you. He is an expert, and has a great reputation. Surgery was successful under him. He can be a man of few words, and is inclined towards simple practical answers over thorough and thoughtful ones which at times can be unfulfilling, but he gives the impression of a surgeon and expert over a 360 doctor. I do get the sense he genuinely cares about doing the best by his patients, and sees this as delivering tangible results.
