Although obviously very well versed in his speciality, professional and an excellent communicator, I would not recommend Mr Walton to anyone. When I mentioned I had investigated my condition on my own through google he firmly reprimanded me and told me not to. I appreciate medical knowledge trumps search engine results, but this can be disastrous advice to people who have no other options and have failed to see any results from their health care professionals. After several phone calls and emails I have only just received a write up of my appointment; 5 months late. I believe the only reason I eventually got the report was because I mentioned this in a recently issued patient survey. This is sub par service at a premium price and I would actively encourage anyone to avoid the Arm Clinic in Manchester at all costs.
