Mr Ibrahim Jalloh

Mr Ibrahim Jalloh is a consultant adult and paediatric neurosurgeon in the Department of Neurosciences, Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge. Mr Jalloh gained his MA and MB BS from the University of Oxford and University College London, respectively. He completed his general medical training in London and was awarded Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) in 2006. His neurosurgical training commenced at The Atkinson Morley Wing, St George's Hospital, London, in 2005 and continued with residency training at Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham and Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge. During his training Mr Jalloh became clinically committed to paediatric neurosurgery and the management of brain tumours in both children and adults. He also developed his academic career with a period of research from 2011 to 2014 and was awarded a PhD from the University of Cambridge. Mr Jalloh's specialist areas are brain tumour surgery and spinal surgery in both adults and children, for which he received specialist training at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada, and at the The Walton Centre, Liverpool, UK.
