I had to have a total hysterectomy and whilst I was expecting this to be a traditional surgical incision with a potential 3 month recovery time, Mr Ghoneimy was able to offer to do this via keyhole surgery, which has allowed me to recover in 4 weeks. My experience whilst under his care was amazing, he gave me confidence in him and his abilities to ensure the best outcome for me. His aftercare has also been second to none, including regular visits to check how I was doing whilst I was still in hospital and also phone calls after I had returned home. He has also assured me that I can contact him at any time if I have any questions or concerns.
I am very grateful that my consultant was Mr Ghoneimy and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else who needs to have such an operation. I couldn’t ask for a better outcome and that is down to him and the wonderful nurses at Good Hope Hospital.
