Mr Rai is a very kind caring person. Who listens and understands. He has gone down and tried every option for me and is trying to help me. I would recommend him. He gives you all the information and if you ask his opinion he gives you an honest and straight forward answer. He has an excellent team working with him who are also kind patient and helpful.

Dr Rai was very good at listening and showing he understood where I was coming from. He went out of his way to take on board my work commitments when scheduling my next appointment. He didn't seem rushed and I felt comfortable with his suggestions for future care.

To begin with I was impressed that Mr Rai came to the waiting area himself to meet me and escort me to the consulting room. He took the time to read through my notes in my presence and review what had been discussed at previous appointments. I felt he listened to what I had to say and answered my questions about treatment options in a clear and understandable way - and he even drew a diagram!
