In November 2016 I decided to have my breast implants of 9 years removed. These had been done elsewhere to correct asymmetry. I had never felt comfortable with the BA and was experiencing some discomfort. Unlike other surgeons who had told me I would be very unhappy with the results & end up having the implants replaced, Gary Ross was totally supportive of my decision & discussed multiple options with me. He also showed me lots of photographs of his previous patients who had had the same procedure with wonderful results. I decided on the removal with no lift and I am over the moon with the results. The operation went really well, the aftercare was excellent and my recovery was speedy. Can't thank Gary, Terri, Vicky & team enough.

I am very happy with the outcome of my procedure, the during and after has been excellent and I would strongly recommend it to anyone interested. I was fully informed before the surgery which made me feel more comfortable about it and meant that I was relaxed about the whole procedure which helped with my recovery.

For several years approaching 60 yrs I have been unhappy with a double chin ( that I've always had ) that had grown increasingly baggy and was making me feel like a turkey when I looked in the mirror , side view even worse and very ageing . I was recommended to have a consultation with Mr Ross by another cosmetic surgeon who had a different area of expertise . He told me Mr Ross was the very best for facial procedures . At my consultation I was given plenty time to discuss my problem area and it was given careful consideration , I was asked exactly what my expectations were .Mr Ross suggested the best course of action would be a neck and lower face lift which would negate the double chin and jowels and pull back the skin above the area giving a smooth tighter definition and an actual jaw line . My operation was then booked in and included an overnight stay . It was a resounding success I had no bandages and stitches were behind ears and in my hairline, after 2 months healing there is no visable scarring . I have no double chin and my neck is smooth as is the lower face ,no loose skin at all . Mr Ross said to me at the beginning " you must have realistic expectations " but I can say hand on heart he exceeded mine . I would have full confidence in recommending him .

Huge credit to Mr Ross and his team. I was treated like an individual from the day I first contacted the practice which makes a huge difference to some places that I called. I had my surgery on my tummy only 5 weeks ago and I am totally and utterly amazed by my results so far. There is still a lot of swelling to go down but so far so good. Thank you

Gary was recommended to me by a friend. I was really impressed with the consultation as I felt he wasn't just telling me what I wanted to hear. He gave me clear advice about possible procedures and realistic expectations of the outcome. I am now 6 weeks post op and am really happy with the results.
