David was so lovely when I went in with my little girl. She had been having fast breathing and high temp due to a respiratory infection and after treating her at home I found it really difficult to know if she needed further help. He did all the necessary checks and the way he got her on board (she’s only 10 months) and the way he spoke to her and dealt with her was brilliant. He was professional but empathetic at the same time. Once he established what the cause was, he sat and went through exactly what I should look for to enable me to feel reassured going home.

David is a very compassionate doctor. He was attentive, easy to talk to and very thorough. David also went the extra mile to help us know how to get to the pharmacy by walking us out of A&E and pointing us in the right direction. We felt very looked after.

Was seen in ENT clinic at Warwick Hospital for a persistent abnormal sensation at the back of my throat. I cannot commend Mr Phillips highly enough. He took great care to listen to my concerns and performed a thorough and detailed examination. The naso-endoscopy he performed was not uncomfortable at all. He explained to me in detail as to what he thought the problem was, and I am hopeful that with the advice he gave me and the medication that he prescribed I will soon be better.
