Made me feel at ease by his friendliness. Listened to what I had to say and explained everything thoroughly. Didn't rush me, giving me plenty of time to talk through what was involved. When having the op talked me through what he was doing and asked many times if I was ok. Then a nice friendly unrushed followup call the evening after the procedure with advice and reminders on what I needed to do to fully recover. NB all the staff were excellent.

He put me at ease as soon as I met him at my consultation. He was professional and friendly . Gave a thorough examination and explained exactly what the operation entailed. On the day of the operation he once again explained the procedure and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. I would thoroughly recommend him.
