Very professional. Put me totally at my ease as I was quite nervous. Follow up telephone call greatly appreciated, both caring and considerate. Would recommend Mr C Macalinden without any hesitation.

Mr McAlinden explained everything in great detail. and was very thorough in prescribing new eye drops for my extremely dry eyes and anti virals prior to my procedure as I had shingles in the eye a few years before. I found him to be very approachable and I was comfortable in asking him any questions I had about the procedure.

I was very nervous as I am a widow, live alone but still work. I also live in a rural area and rely on my car. I was treated with such care that I would not hesitate to recommend Mr McAlinden and his team to anyone. I cannot thank them enough

I’m so pleased with the cataract surgery Mr McAlinden performed on my left eye. The result has been remarkable and the improvement to my sight absolutely amazing. I was given a very accurate idea of what to expect and that my sight could be blurry for a few hours but this cleared by the following day and I have had no need to take any painkillers. And a big thank you to all the staff at the Werndale Hospital for their kindness and care

The surgeon was very kind, he explained what he was doing throughout the procedure whilst putting me at ease continuously. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr McAlinden for anyone having eye surgery. The care delivered to myself by Mr McAlinden, the anaesthetist, the ODP and all of the eye surgery staff was second to none.
