Reviews
Mr ColmMcAlinden is such a skilled eye surgeon full
of care and passion which reflects in his amazing work and personality , from the thorough consultation to the surgery involved having both eyes done on the same day was a comfortable reassuring and painless procedure , this is only day three after surgery and i have excellent vision in both eyes , I am really delighted , thank you very much .
Mr McAlinden has an excellent manner when speaking to you & made me feel at ease from the first consultation. He understood my concerns and listened to what I had to say. When attending for both procedures he maintained a friendly approach & made me feel comfortable & confident. After the procedures he kept in touch assuring me I could contact him if I had any worries. I would certainly recommend him & if in the future I need any further issues I would definitely revisit Mr McAlinden
I have had cataract surgery on both eyes at the POW hospital and on both occasions the care I received was excellent,Mr McAlinden and all the staff were wonderful.
Since a child I have had a great phobia of eyes, so when it came to having cataracts operated on I was absolutely terrified. However I knew if I wanted to continue to lead a normal independent lifestyle, reading, driving etc I had to go through the procedure. Mr Macalinden made me feel at ease straight away and the process was painless and straightforward.
It was nice to see that smile on my mothers face the next morning when she could see everything again, mum said she would recommend the Doctor and the hospital.
