We were on vacation in the UK when my wife became ill, we were concerned at the time we may not be able to travel home. Professor Bulstrode was extremely courteous and made every effort to put my wife at ease. Not only did he diagnose the issue quickly, he made great effort to go through the best diet to follow to assist a faster recovery. Our lasting impression was of excellent service, someone who really cared, and was a credit to the NHS system.

I saw Prof. Bulstrade in Minor Accidents, after experiencing a very heavy nose bleed. I didn't require any treatment but had a blood test. The student doctor took all my details then Mr. Bulstrade came to speak to me.He smiled and was very reassuring, treating me as an intelligent adult, which I appreciated. He spoke to the young doctor in a very pleasent way. J.Jones

I saw Prof Bulstrode after visiting the A&E with a scalded arm. He was very friendly, explained everything really well and answered my questions well. I felt very reassured.

Such a positive, open and friendly person - If I needed a doctor to take on an expedition to the ends of earth then I would consider myself extremely luck (indeed privileged) if he would agree to come. I would have the utmost confidence in him being able to deal with any emergency that might come up.

My 7 year old son fell off his bike and hurt his elbow. Prof Bulstrode was caring and absolutely wonderful! He listened really well to my son's (very in-depth)story about how he injured himself and also let him talk about past scars too! My son was very impressed and said "that doctor was really good, I think he should be promoted to the top job!". I felt very reassured and really pleased about the time and care taken over what was essentially a minor injury. Thank you PS He even rang up the next day to see how he was doing.
