Prof Bulstrode provided treatment to my son when I took him to casualty early on Saturday morning. He was extremely courteous and pleasant, putting both my son and myself at ease. He clearly communicated well with the staff in the department and was as pleasant to them as to us. He dealt with my son's nail problem efficiently and as painlessly as possible, at all times ensuring he was comfortable and as happy as he could be with the procedure. It was a privilege to be seen by him.

I waited at A&E John Radcliffe Oxford for 3 hours, he could not apologise enough for the time delay. Listened to my side of injury then prescribed remedy. Very courteous, polite and friendly to make me feel at ease. Very pleasant gentleman
