I'm not an Oxford resident so was out of my comfort zone at the John Radcliffe hospital, but Prof. Bulstrode instantly placed me at my ease and offered considered, relevant and helpful medical advice in a warm and friendly fashion. My only regret is that he's not my GP!

My son was referred to the JR by the GP. Prof Bulsrode was excellent. He listened answered lots of questions and we left feeling very reassured.

I saw Prof Bulstrode at A&E after being referred by my GP. He was excellent: reassuring and willing to answer lots of questions.

As a nurse in ED (Accident and Emergency) it is very rare to find a consultant who elects to work on minor side, and also treat his whole team with unfailing courtesy, helpfulness and efficiency. Prof Bulstrode is an brilliant teacher, a kind and caring clinician and is a beacon of hope to many around him. His sense of humour lights up the department, and he cares very much for everyone around him. If I was involved in an accident I wouldn't hesitate to have him treat me or any of my family. He's a lovely gentleman.
