I come from a fitness background including running and cycling the doctor talked me through what to expect recovery pain etc before operation I struggled to walk any distance currently 6 weeks after operation I am managing 5 kilometres and improving daily my legs used to convulse and go into uncontrollable spasms before the operation now no spasms slight back pain 6 weeks after spine operation and getting less pain daily it’s now down to me to build up core strength again many thanks I’ve got my life back
