He is a very friendly man, he listens to what you say before he looks at what the problem is, then he goes through the options on what they can do and who will do it, for me i was having problems breather through my nose while it was broken, so he told me what my best options are for it. He is very friendly and shows great professionalism when with you and if you have any questions at all he will answer them for you. Thank you.
