I recently underwent a breast augmentation performed by Ashley Topps and could not be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the level of customer care was excellent. Most importantly, I am thrilled with the results of the surgery. The outcome has exceeded my expectations and has boosted my confidence. I had been ambivalent about getting this procedure for many years and finally made the decision as I am 38 and not having any more children. While I had many recommendations of surgeons from people, I did not actually know anyone who had been to Mr. Topps. I really liked the before and after photos of his patients that I had seen - it was the natural look I wanted. I did some more due diligence on his qualifications and experience before booking a consultation. During the consultation, he truly listened to what I wanted from the surgery and offered professional advice tailored to me. I really felt heard and confident in his expertise. The communication throughout the entire process (from pre-consultation to post-surgery) was outstanding. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly answered. I cannot fault any part of the process and highly recommend Mr. Topps to anyone considering this procedure!

Great experience with Ashley Topps and the staff at First Trust and Harley Medical. I am extremely happy with my results post op. Following the birth of my child, I made the decision that this was the time to take the leap now I am in my 30s. I was so thrilled at how fast I was able to proceed following consultations and I am delighted with my new appearance - so much so that I have openly shown friends who have also given great props to Mr Topps! The size and shape he recommended based on my figure and lifestyle was the best decision made, they feel so comfortable and they feel so natural. I am so glad I went to Ashley Topps and I recommend him to everyone now! I was really keen to have a surgeon who only did breasts and was not a general surgeon. After a lot of research, I found Mr Topps. From my initial consultation, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. I was really anxious and not sure what to expect but Mr Topps put me at ease straight away. He did a thorough assessment and recommended what he would do. I was also able to see some of his previous work and he answered all my questions. On the day of surgery, again, Mr Topps made me feel so at ease. I absolutely love my new boobs. From having nothing to now. My scars are hardly noticeable less than 3 months post surgery. I have had no issues and they are perfect. five start literally all round!

I can’t thank Mr Topps enough. As soon as I walked through his door he knew exactly what i wanted and he could see the changes I wanted to make. After seeing 3 drs before I knew Mr Topps was right for me, his professional manor and his knowledge of breast augmentations. He really is the boob man! This is my 3rd breast augmentation and by far the BEST! I’m so happy and over the moon with my new boobs!
