I received the best care by Dr Zaina. I had suffered exhaustion and she was very kind and understanding. She gave me great advice and personal care, I appreciated her very much and feel she was the best doctor I could've seen. She is an asset to the NHS!

We were seen by Doctor Soogun-Shah in A&E for my daughters suspected appendicitis and she was very re assuring and professional in her manner. From then we were also seen by members of the surgical team and admitted to the children`s ward later that night to await a scan the following day. Understandably our priority was not of the highest as my daughters symptoms were not the severest and so I am grateful we weren`t sent home to` wait and see` My daughters symptoms were taken seriously from start to finish and much time given to her. We didn`t mind the wait because we knew we were in capable hands and knew there would be a thorough investigation. 24 hours later we were discharged with painkillers having been re assured that the scan showed nothing unusual,though urged to return if any pain got worse or a fever developed. Very grateful to the many professionals involved in the care of my daughter. They deserve a heap of praise.

Dr Soogun-Shah was absolutely brilliant. I was admitted to A&E in a lot of pain and was disoriented and scared. Firstly, the staff in general were brilliant. They were calm and helpful and went out of their way to make sure my pain was managed while I was waiting. When I saw Dr Soogun-Shah she was calm, kind and sympathetic. She did everything she could to help me and went above and beyond to make sure I was absolutely clear on what was happening and next steps. I felt very reassured and was beyond impressed with the care I received.

Dr Soogun-Shah was brilliant today. I had been to another hospital the night before with a broken tibia but the service and advice I got was poor. As soon as I came into Dr Soogun-Shah's care she was quick, efficient and extremely concerned about my welfare especially after hearing about the night before. When she was not sure over a certain procedure (paperwork wise) she was not afraid to clarify with another doctor. Thanks so much for today and good luck for the future.
