Miss Srikrishna is very 'to the point' but also considers the wider context of the patient and their particular position. She is professional in her approach and organised. We discussed three separate procedures. The latter being elective. As the latter was elective and might be considered to be aggressive I took a second opinion before proceeding (and the second opinion did not disagree with her view). After the biopsy came back following the operation it revealed precancerous cells so the elective procedure which she suggested turned out to be completely the right thing to do and has saved me from later having a cancer diagnosis which would have been harder to treat (and may not have been successful). As I am sensitive to some drugs her anaesthetist was happy to discuss with my previous anaesthetists drugs that work well for me and those that do not so that both my operation and postoperative pain were well managed. The nurses and staff at the hospital were also understanding and sympathetic. I am 100% happy with the outcome.

I would totally recommend this doctor. Her professionalism, competence and kind manors made me feel relaxed and confident during my first consultation; I then needed a relatively small operation under general anaesthetic and had the most pleasant experience, considering the circumstances. She saw me before the surgery and immediately after I woke up form the general anaesthesia, reassuring me on the procedure and the preliminary results. The entire team, including nurses and the consultant anaesthetist, was outstanding for kindness and competency. If needed, in future I will definitely go to see Dr Srikrishna again.
