I had an awful experience with this doctor. She seemed money grabbing and had no empathy. She did not listen to me and was very late for appointments.

This doctor put my worries at ease straight away. She is an excellent communicator who answered all of my questions. I think it would be beneficial if all patients were offered the option of having sedation when having toric lenses fitted. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome.
