Saw dr at new cross rheumatology opd I am really disappointed at the service provided she seemed in a big rush and couldn’t wait to get rid of me quick enough with out any explanation a book shoved in my hand & that she would pass over to hand therapy & physio she failed to examine other areas that are unremarkable the part complained about never examined, I am still to this day non the wiser after completing the other two areas I was fobbed off to she failed to tell me she had discharged me unbelievable she saw me once & no follow up still in agony neck as bad as ever fingers swollen so much now have cyst & left my gp to sort out why I was dropping things & lost sensation he ordered tests that she didn’t do which in turn found a problem in both requiring surgery as it was severe if she wasn’t so rushing things may of been different.
