Written by a patient at The Montefiore Hospital
21st July 2017

Natasha Waters works within the NHS and Private Healthcare sector. She is based at The Montefiore Hospital (Brighton & Hove) and NHS Western Sussex Hospitals. During my consultation she did not listen to me properly and argued against information I gave her verbally regarding a past medical procedure I had undergone at a different hospital. She failed to complete my Hysteroscopy fully and as was unable to take a biopsy so stated I would need further investigation. Waters stated that I would need a Laparoscopy procedure although I had stated I was unsure if I would want that due to a past experience. She stated she was placing me on the waiting list for surgery and I should expect surgery to be within 2-3 months. She did not at the time suggest any less invasive investigations such as MRI scan prior to surgery. I then had to endure 7 months of chasing the hospital for her clinic follow up letter as she had failed to contact either my NHS G.P or myself from the time of my consultation for the duration of 7 months. After I made an informal verbal complaint to the hospital regarding her professional conduct Waters then wrote a non-factual misleading letter to my G.P which contend a plethora of false statements in regard to the consultation that had taken place 7 months previously.
