Miss Wright listened to what I wanted from my corrective surgery, listed a number of realistic options, and let me choose what I felt most comfortable with. I always felt heard and my opinions were always asked for. I was also sufficiently warned about the risk of skin graft rejection with the medcation I'm on. I couldn't be happier with my results! I had good aftercare, as well. The trans flag lanyard and pride pins also made me feel safe.

I had the absolute honour and privilege of being offered surgery with Chloe Wright this year and my life has truly improved far outreaching my expectations since my surgery a few short months ago. I'm a trans woman and previously had NHS breast augmentation with a different surgeon at a different hospital which didn't go to plan at all, leaving me with zero self respect and zero self esteem which eventually led to agoraphobia due to the way my body looked. Chloe was a beacon of hope and a gleaming positive guiding light at the end of a very dark tunnel. From day one when I met Chloe for my first consultation I felt completely at ease and valued as a human being, my thoughts, concerns and opinions were heard and appreciated, there was no judgement or feeling like I was being spoken down to as seems to be the norm for trans people and the NHS. Chloe's personality is warm, friendly, professional yet kind, her knowledge and experience in her chosen field made me respect and like her even more and I knew I was in the best surgical hands possible. We calmly, kindly and methodically discussed a multitude of options and possible outcomes and I'm majorly grateful to Chloe for the invaluable feedback and expert opinion offered on which way best to proceed. I left that first consultation feeling lighter in my soul and knew that I was finally in the right place with the right surgeon. My second consultation was over the phone which went brilliantly too, Chloe still had the same friendly and compassionate manner as in person. The big day arrived, I was in my room in the hospital which was clean and fresh and full of really nice nurses and I felt great, no nerves, no apprehension, just a great feeling of optimism and eager anticipation. Chloe spoke to me for some time before I was prepped for surgery and we again discussed and finalised the finer details of my operation. I was marked up with Sharpie (Chloe your body art rocks) I also then met Nick Hobbs Speciality Doctor and the rest of the surgical team who were all wonderfully reassuring, kind and professional people and then I was all set for a few hours in dream land while Chloe and team worked their magic. Upon waking I felt great, pain wasn't noticeable at all and I looked down at my body and felt a major wave of gratitude and emotion wash over me. The results were and are INCREDIBLE. Even better than I could have imagined, It made me feel normal again, in proportion, feminine, in sync with who I am and a huge weight was lifted from my psyche. Recovery was the easiest surgery recovery I've had in all of my gender realignment surgeries, I honestly didn't feel any pain at all, I took paracetamol for a day or two and then I was fine. Mobility was great after a week and just got better with no complications at all. Since my surgery, my life is night and day, less than six months ago I felt hopeless and helpless with how my body looked and I didn't leave my home at all. Now I've been to gigs, art galleries and all the places I used to love in life because I honestly feel like I've been set free from a cage. My confidence levels are off the charts, my self respect and self esteem are full power ahead and I'm planning a trip to Japan next year. None of this optimism or enthusiasm for life would have been possible without Chloe and my surgery. I owe you a debt of gratitude that is unending and overflowing with so much thanks and respect. You took a broken down dejected and defeated human being and offered me the gift of life again and I'll be grateful to you for every step of this journey until they day I speak to angels, even then I'll be telling the afterlife how brilliant you were and are. Throughout this whole process you spoke to me with such compassion and kindness, you played such an important part in my life and many others and I'm sure that countless people up and down the country feel the same way I do. Keep opening those cages and setting everybody free. Chloe has given me the best care I've ever received as a patient. She is very thorough, is a great listener and is extremely good at her job. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. From the first appointment we met, to the surgery she immediately put me at ease and explained everything that was going to happen. Absolutely amazing!

I felt comfortable with Dr Wright. She is professional but puts you at ease. She knows what looks good and how to achieve the best results. She leads her team well, you can see they liase well together and communication was always there. I cannot recommend Dr Wright and her team enough.
