Dr Umamah Tarvala

She is a very caring, friendly, and professional doctor who genuinely listens to her patients. She gives thoughtful advice where needed and has always prescribed effective medication to help stabilise my condition in the department. She never leaves me waiting in unnecessary pain; instead, she reviews me regularly, checks on my progress, and makes further treatment decisions before handing my care over to the medical team. Her compassionate, proactive approach made me feel heard and well cared for. We need more doctors like her.

Saw this lady today following a chest pain episode. She was first rate in every way. Pleasant and attentive. Thorough in her care. Explained everything in a way I understood clearly. I could understand every word though I am hard of hearing. During the consultation she made sure we were face to face and the computer was secondary. It was a pleasure being poorly.
