Dr. Marianayagam is far and away the best rheumatologist that I have been treated by. She is extremely thorough; takes the time to actually listen to the patient; explains treatment and medications ensuring the patient understands and is happy. Thoroughly professional and courteous at all times, I cannot speak too highly of this lady.
