Dr. Kochhar was very professional, yet pleasant and approachable. She asked questions, listened to my replies and explained what she was going to do and why. She also gave details of my follow up appointment although, as this is some weeks away, I can't comment on that. The only thing that I consider could be improved upon was on the administrative side. As my appointment was on a Sunday morning, the surgery was empty and the main front doors were locked. I was beginning to question whether I had the right time, date or location and was on the point of leaving when a previous patient emerged from a side entrance. He advised me to wait in the car park and a nurse eventually came out and collected me. A simple advice note stuck on the front door would have prevented this being a problem.

Dr Kochhar has always been very approachable and efficient. It always cheers me when I know that I am to see her. Unfortunately she is not always available. On the last occasion she removed a skin lesion without me even realising and everything she said made sense.

Dr Kochhar has reviewed my skin problems for nearly 4 years. She is extremely thorough when checking my skin, and explains everything clearly. She is very reassuring. I have been able to get an appointment to see Dr Kochhar when I needed to. I now feel confident to spot a skin problem that needs to be seen by a doctor.
