Dr Subash is an excellent GP. He has time for everyone and really listens to patient's problems and concerns. He does try to see the whole picture which may affect his patient's symptom. The practice could be improved by ensuring that the practice manager does her job properly. Unfortunately, they are really happy to give out online access information, however, have no idea how to fix a problem when it occurs with this. For example - when going online some family members have access to making and viewing appointments but others do not have this access - no logic to this. Also the practice does not give an email address. This is required when trying to share information which would make it easier for all concerned. As stated Subash and his GP colleagues are excellent. The receptionists try hard to accommodate everyone and the whole practice is let down badly by the ineptitude of the practice manager.

This doctor is absolutely amazing. He will go to great lengths to ensure that I am happy with my care + medication etc. and work together with me to try and improve my care. He is kind and always listens extremely carefully to what I am saying.

Always caring and willing to help. You never feel silly for asking any kind of question, and he always explains with great depth.
