I was referred to Mr Redla as a first treatment option instead of surgery. If the treatment failed, it was to be surgery. Fortunately I saw Mr Redla who was so very kind and patient. No one likes having injections, and anaesthetic injections do sting but necessary before the “big one”! He let me take my time, talked me through not only the procedure but generally as well to distract me. He was excellent! And the “big one”? Never felt a thing
