Very quick to make wrong decisions and doesn't carefully think through situations. This GP took my elderly father off medicines against the advice of Lister Consultants & the local palliative team. Her aim seemed to be reducing time & cost which only proved to increase both for every other professional involved, not to mention added chaos and confusion. She was always late for appointments, then rudely rushed her way through appointments, resulting in mistakes and inaccuracies that effect the patient and her NHS wider team colleagues.

This Doctor is more interested in taking you off medication to save the surgery money. This Doctor did not read my notes and knows nothing about me, yet she believes she knows better than my consultants.

Having had to have a blood test redone because of "abnormalities" I received a call from the surgery with a short-notice appointment with Dr. Setty. I was seen just five minutes behind the appointment time. She was extremely thorough in her questioning, without being in the least bit patronising. She explained the possible diagnoses and appeared genuinely grateful for some additional details I was able to provide. I would be very happy to see her at any time in the future should the need arise.

This Doctor did not apologise for keeping me waiting for over one hour for a phone appointment that she had made with me. This Doctor did not listen to me and was only concerned with asking me questions about my 'present' problem and not my ongoing issues. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone!

Refreshing to be seen by a doctor who behaves like a doctor, makes eye contact, patiently listens to what you have to say and then answers your question! Restores your faith in the medical profession!
