While I was a patient at Cherry Tree Surgery, Dr De Cesare listen to me and came across caring and patient. He was a good doctor. I thought he may have been bullied at the practice as one time the practice manager burst in whilst we were in session to talk to him without knocking. Another time a man came in with a vial of pee saying the receptionist had asked him to bring it to him. But he didn't loose cool and remained professional. He was professional and friendly. He sent me for test (when he was allowed to) and would explain medicines, treatments etc. and write down what I'd told him (not make up what he wanted to write like others) It put me at ease. I haven't been able to find another professional doctor since the surgery closed down.

A very professional and supportive Doctor. He is one of the best he follows up the problem and he doesn’t just give painkillers to send you out of the clinic.

Dr Sergio has cared for my family and myself at Cherry Tree Surgery for nearly eight years. He is a high professional General Practitioner, caring, considerate, excellent person and a doctor you can trust. He was able to diagnose my hyperthyroid at the critical stage, acted fast, I was given necessary care to manage my condition on time which as a result of Dr Sergio's good care and monitoring has regularised within six months. He is a one off exceptional Doctor and our NHS should cherish and appropriately reward professionals like him.

I found the doctor so caring checked thoroughly my blood report and sent me again for further blood test to ensure everything was alright. However he made immediate appointments for the hospital for further investigation. My appointments came very quick normally you have to wait long time The Doctor said, any issues please come back he was listening and checked me thoroughly was very pleased time spent listening and he knew exactly what was needed. We need doctors like him putting the patients first and very caring. I hope he stays in the surgery for long long time every time you get used to the doctor happen to leave but surely you need Doctors like him this was my first experience to see him I booked the appointment on line. Very impressed not that I see the doctor often but the blood report made him to send me for further investigation. Very thankful to the doctor caring the needs for his patients. 10 minutes of time is not enough by the time you start time ticks but to him his patient needs were more important than the time.
