While I was a patient at Cherry Tree Surgery, Dr De Cesare listen to me and came across caring and patient. He was a good doctor.
I thought he may have been bullied at the practice as one time the practice manager burst in whilst we were in session to talk to him without knocking. Another time a man came in with a vial of pee saying the receptionist had asked him to bring it to him. But he didn't loose cool and remained professional.
He was professional and friendly. He sent me for test (when he was allowed to) and would explain medicines, treatments etc. and write down what I'd told him (not make up what he wanted to write like others)
It put me at ease. I haven't been able to find another professional doctor since the surgery closed down.
