Practice management at this surgery is non existent. Having tried repeatedly to get an asthma review appointment I've given up. Was told again and again by receptionists to phone back. After the fourth time, I was told to call back in 3 weeks, at which point I was told once again there were no appointments available. To add to the frustration, I have had receptionists who are curt and rude. Also have had the phone slammed down on me. When I called back, she refused to apologise and said the phone slipped out of her hand. Atrocious service.
