I felt that I was listened to completely, how I was feeling was validated rather than trying to be explained away. I feel that he took the time to fully understand what was going on with me and has done everything to try and ensure I'm looked after. There's never a silly question to be asked when talking to him. I feel that he was able to fully embrace person centered care. Thank you Doctor!

Awful experience. He did not listen at all and seemed to know what the patient had just by looking at him for a couple of seconds. This doctor was prepotent, distant and condescending throughout the consultation. No empathy or customer service mindset at all. Miserable. Given the reports about him and his centre, some actions should be taken immediately.
