I felt that I was listened to completely, how I was feeling was validated rather than trying to be explained away.
I feel that he took the time to fully understand what was going on with me and has done everything to try and ensure I'm looked after.
There's never a silly question to be asked when talking to him.
I feel that he was able to fully embrace person centered care.
