Awful experience. He did not listen at all and seemed to know what the patient had just by looking at him for a couple of seconds. This doctor was prepotent, distant and condescending throughout the consultation. No empathy or customer service mindset at all. Miserable. Given the reports about him and his centre, some actions should be taken immediately.
