Dr Alcolado saved my life .The first time I saw her was in Cardiff ,I had been ill for quite some time and most of the hospital doctors thought it all in my head except Dr Alcolado .She sat and listened to me ,made me feel at complete ease ,and at the end of my consultation ,she had diagnosed my problem ,and treated me accordingly since . She is a caring ,thoughtful ,genuine Dr ,and as I mentioned beforehand ,she saved my life . I still have some small ongoing problems with my digestive system and I am due to see her next month .I have complete faith in Dr Alcolado that she will sort out the problem I have now . I can honestly say that Ruth Alcolado is one of the most sincer ,genuine caring Doctors I have ever seen .

Dr Alcalado instilled complete trust in us as a family after my father's diagnosis She was available for us to speak with her without my father at the meeting so she wAs able to speak'frankly' about the diagnosis & way forward Dr Alcolados secretary 'Alison' was amazing and always offering support to myself & family ad & when needed
