Dr Alcalado instilled complete trust in us as a family after my father's diagnosis
She was available for us to speak with her without my father at the meeting so she wAs able to speak'frankly' about the diagnosis & way forward
Dr Alcolados secretary 'Alison' was amazing and always offering support to myself & family ad & when needed
