The Doctor was excellent form the moment we discussed my problem, he assessed me and explained the possible causes of my problem and then spoke to the TIA clinic for information on referral, he then gave me a letter for my G.P. and me the next step, he listened to my concerns and did not rush me and put me at ease.

We returned from a Majorca holiday and had to visit A & E QA, Portsmouth as my wife had reacted badly to medication given by a hotel doctor. Dr Bhateja immediately diagnosed the problem. The next day my wife saw her GP who was in full agreement with Dr B. We are so pleased that he was on duty and was so helpful and tremendously re-assuring.
