I found dr osman to be kind and considerate who looked after me .and was booking follow up appointments until I was much better , she always made me feel better when I left some doctors make you feel worse .she helped me through an extremely difficult time without her kindness and support I would of found it very hard

Absolutely awful experience. Dismissive from the start and very abrupt. Her manner really made me wonder why she became a doctor in the first place. No help offered and was very patronising, made me feel like I’m wasting her time. Bottom line, with the way she speaks to a patient I really don’t think she should be a doctor.
