Dr Penolpe Thexton was extremely helpful, polite and attentive to my health concerns today. I had all the necessary tests done and she also wrote a letter with her concerns for my Gp/Dr which made me feel like my concerns were being heard and I wasn't being rushed off. Dr Thexton is the best doctor I have ever had an appointment with. She was very caring, kind and reassuring when she could see that I was worried. She didn't make the appointment feel rushed even though I know that places like this get extremely busy, and she was very attentive and understanding of my needs and situation.
