Paul had time to listen to and full explained what, how and when was going to happen. Further to that his mood was relaxed and jovial and made sure I did not feel anything. Paul is a credit to his profession and to the hospital.

I do not see how improvement could be made as the care and attention were second to none. I was really frightened about my operation but the doctors calming effect and assurance put me completely at ease. Everything was explained and all questions answered in a calm and professional manner. I had complete trust in him and if I needed anaesthetic again I would request this doctor. Thank you .
