The consultant put me at ease straight away. He explained everything very well and clearly. He explained what he was looking for and all tests that would be necessary to come to a resolution in an easy to understand way.

This was my first appointment with Dr Garside, he put me at ease and explained my scan result and why he wanted a further scan. He explained the medication he was prescribing , possible side effects and why I couldn’t drive for a month. His examination was thorough and throughout he was very informative. He was also very helpful when the hospital pharmacy couldn’t dispense my prescription.

Dr Garside was excellent with the way he explained my position from start to finish and made sure I fully understood what he explained which made me feel very reassured and confident with everything.

I Visited Dr Garside in October he was very thourgh at the appointment. He listened and explained things clearly to me ,this was evident in the follow up letter I received which covered everything in detail,explaining the diagnosis and plans .This has helped me to understand what happened to me and put my mind at ease . I couldn't think of anything that this consultant could do to improve on his service. 1st class . Thank you .
